I had a fantastic experience working with Gourav. He helped me secure a spacious lease in the heart of downtown, just a short walk to Square One and minutes drive to the GO Station. The unit is perfect, but the view from the balcony is the highlight—it’s absolutely stunning and my favorite part of the home. With a dedicated parking spot, storage locker, and incredible building amenities, this place hits every mark. Gourav made the entire process seamless and understood exactly what I needed. I am writing this review for the second time because he has always helped us and has truly exceeded my expectations. I have known him for almost two years, and he has been an incredible support not only while buying or renting a property, but even after leasing, he has helped us with many issues in between. Whenever we need any help related to property, he is always available on a call and has never said no. You can completely rely on him. I confidently say he is the best realtor in town. I highly recommend him for buying, selling, or renting properties. He treats his clients like family members and gives honest advice just like he would to his own family. No matter how many questions or demands you have, he always replies with a smile and never shows frustration. I have never seen a frown on his face. Truly an amazing and trustworthy realtor. ❤️
