We were very pleased with Gordie acting on our behalf in the sale of our home in Lethbridge. Communication was excellent and he responded quickly to our questions either by phone, text or email, and provided feedback in a timely manner following showings. He provided good advice on market value and negotiations and was very knowledgeable about the technicalities of the sale. Our home took several months to sell, likely due to the initial price point and a downward trend in the market but Gordie remained positive throughout. He is very personable and thorough, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

We were very happy with Gord. He was available to answer our questions. He advised us on repairs that needed to be done and we sold our house in the first 6 weeks. He was very mindful of our tenants and kept us up to date on showings and feedback. Once our offer was accepted he set up the appointments we needed as well as contacting cleaners and a garbage removal company. Gord made our selling experience a good one.
