I had a very unique property and she did a great deal of research finding current market values and property values of homes similar to mine. Given this we were able to price and negotiate accordingly. Ginny made me aware of everything that was going on and given her communication skills the process went smoothly. She listened to my thoughts, feelings, and was honest in every way. Ginny’s professionalism and communication skills were incredible. I felt totally confident and at ease with her. She was always available to me by phone, text and in person. I never felt like I was on my own. Ginny never let me down. From the research she did, to staging, photos, selling, negotiating and buying a new home. I couldn’t be happier! Ginny is not only a very professional and skilled realtor she is an amazing genuine person.
