Nice realtor / commercial agent to work with. Bought commercial property, Gautam did his due diligence on every step. Really know what he is doing and saved us a ton of money on so many stages of buying the property. He has lots of contact which makes our life very easy. His commercial knowledge is at par and if you want best bang for your buck please go ahead with him. Usually I do not write comments but this guy needs a good comment and attention, as me and my partner both are satisfied and happy with our purchase.
