Diane and Steve did a great job in clarifying what we wanted in a home in the Okanagan, and a ton of pre-work on buildings so we understood pet and age restrictions. As luck would have it, a half duplex came up in our price range. As viewings were only on one day, and we were out of town, Steve did a video walk thru with us and a friend of ours was also there.
