When we found the one, he went over and above making sure we understood the buying process. As first time homebuyers we didn’t know what to be asking for and what wouldn’t be a big deal. He made sure to go over every step about the things that we wanted included with the house. From curtain rods to the fridge he didn’t miss a step. Ethan recommended great inspectors, and arrange all the times. Ethan took a lot of the stress off our plate as we both were away up north working while going through the process.
