I was living remote, travelling in and out of Nova Scotia looking for a property for quite some time. After meeting and talking to a few other realtors, I met Estevan at an open house. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took time to converse with other family members I had with me. He really gets to know your story and helps address your needs in a home. He really did go above and beyond answering texts, phone calls, etc... and often even showing up in person to ensure solid communication with important details. If he didn't have an answer right away he would find it almost immediately. You can tell he is a very honest person, and he uses that to ensure transactions go smoothly. When I met Estevan, I knew I could drop anyone else I was working with. He has a very personal approach and you will certainly not feel like a number. He will get my repeat business again.
