The whole experience with Erik was superb! As first time home buyers my husband and I really appreciated Erik’s knowledge and experience in our home search. We had many many questions along the way and Erik answered them all; from describing to us how the process works step by step, to pointing out unique features in homes we toured, to making sure our closing went smoothly - he was the best. He totally understood what kind of house and neighbourhood we were looking to move into and he made the experience so enjoyable. Lots of laughs, clear communication, and no pressure at all! We felt super confident when it was time to submit an offer and are now settling into our first house all thanks to Erik. We loved working with him and are so grateful to have had Erik on our side when buying our first house.
