<p>Eric was great during the sale of my condo. I was leaving the country and needed things to be done smoothly and efficiently. Eric was extremely attentive and was very clear about what we should list it for and why. He made me feel very confident. He ended up selling my condo in 10 days! The buyer even tried to put in some questionable stipulations and Eric handled that really well and they gave in fast. I would definitely recommend Eric as your realtor.</p>

<p>Eric helped us both sell our existing house and find our next home. He is extremely professional, easy to connect with and very accommodating - we looked at number of homes before we found the right one and Eric was patient and gave us consistenly good advice and feedback. We would highly recommend Eric and will absolutely use him for future real estate transactions.</p>

<p>Aside from personally knowing Eric as a great guy, he was quick to impress me with his ability to sell my condo fast and almost at asking price in a very slumping market. I would highly recommend him for his work ethic alone, but he's also very knowledgable in the real estate game and lives and breaths the trends. If you want your place sold and you want someone who will have your back with no c**p, he's the man!</p>

<p>Eric took time to listen to us and get to know what our tastes and interests were. He would then find numerous properties that he thought suited our style. I think the thing that stood out for us was he'd research ahead of time to get an idea of what we might not like about the house and provide some advice and guidance on how much it would cost to upgrade or enhance that part of the home.</p> <p>When it came time to putting an offer in he did his research again and presented us with a ton of information and facts to guide us through where to start the negotiation process with.</p> <p>He was always accessible and returned calls or emails right away.</p> <p>Would definitely recommend Eric to anybody looking to make their next purchase.</p>
