Working with Ephy was one of the best decisions I've made in this entire process. We were in contact for over a year before I even got close to buying. I was in between jobs, didn’t have the savings fully figured out yet, but I was determined to make this happen. Ephy met me exactly where I was with no judgment or pressure, but with true guidance and next steps that helped me purchase my first home! He spent his time walking me through everything, answering questions, recommending professionals and even taking me to see listings before I was technically “ready.” He understood my intent from day one and never made me feel small for having a tight budget. At the same time, he knew when to push me, and I needed that. I also appreciated that he stuck to my requirements. He wasn’t just trying to sell me anything. He told me no when it mattered, talked me out of things that didn’t make sense, and made it clear this wasn’t about closing a deal, it was about making the right one. When it came time to move forward, I trusted him completely. Whether it was navigating complex paperwork or negotiating with sellers, I let him take the lead and he delivered. We ended up with an incredible unit, in an incredible building, at a price that exceeded my expectations. Beyond that, he was patient, kind and never once condescending. If you want someone who knows their stuff, is honest, and genuinely in your corner, Ephy is it.
