Emin, had good neighbourhood knowledge & sale of prior property knowledge...thus before listing with him, he spend time explained what upgrades should be done to facilitate faster sale but more important enhance higher sale price combined with his experience and negotiation skills . He visited frequently & was great communicating and was in frequent contact. Would recommend using him to friends & family.
