Emily went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. When the first property I fell in love with had a previously accepted offer, Emily worked to find an available (better) unit in the same building prior to it being listed. Due to Emily’s proactive nature and negotiating, our offer was accepted the first day that the unit came on the market. My entire home buying process has been seamless and enjoyable as a result of Emily’s professionalism, industry knowledge and connections. I highly recommend Emily as a realtor and will be going through her for all of my future real estate needs!

As first-time buyers and immigrants from the UK, we didn't know anything about buying in Canada; Emily was patient, conscientious and thorough in helping us understand how the buying process worked, from what to expect when making an offer, to how a deposit was different from a down payment, and even putting us in touch with an excellent broker. We always felt like Emily was listening and paying close attention to our needs, and she actually showed us our dream condo the day it went on the market, anticipating that we would fall in love immediately. Buying can be overwhelming, but Emily made it a smooth process, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her - so much that we wouldn't consider any other realtor when we come to sell.
