We had a really bad experience from previous Real Estate Agent but we were really luck that we somehow have Elke contact info. Elke not only helped us once but twice (so far and I am sure will be more) to have our rental property rented our really quick. Started with providing a details analysis of the rental properties market in the area, discuss with us what our concern may be and how she will be based on our concern to screen the potential tenants very professionally for us. Then once we have rental applications, Elke listed the pros and cons of each applications without pushing us to take the 1st arrived application, which was one of the bad experience from the previous agent we had. Follow up all the details from the applications and summarize the result for us. Even after the transaction of the rental property completed, Elke always available for us when we not only have rental property questions, but also the current trends of the Real Estate market as well her network of people such as Mortgage broker, top 5 banks Mortgage agents, handleman, .. etc. I used to have the impression all Real Estate agent more or less the same but after Elke helped us the 1st time, I understand that is not true. Then I went back to Elke for the 2nd time, I am sure whoever reading my comments understand that we want the Real Estate Agent that helping us and understand us as well. If anyone come to me and ask me to refer a Real Estate Agent, I will not hesitate to provide Elke contact info.

Although we mostly knew what we were looking for, Elke opened our eyes to several things in a home that we had never even considered, pointing out things that had she not noticed, might have cost us a lot in the long run. We felt that she was truly as invested in our purchase as we were. Within about a week, we ended up purchasing a house that we now happily call our home and wouldn't have been able to do it without Elke's support and incredible knowledge of real estate.
