We have worked with Liz 3 times now - for the purchase of our first home, the sale of that home, and the purchase of our second "forever" home. She was lovely to work with each time, and we were extremely happy with our results. Her knowledge of the North Shore housing market is second to none, and she put us at ease during a very stressful time to be buying a home. Liz has a very good grasp of the value of a home, even in this quickly changing market. Her confidence is contagious, and she makes sure her clients' wish list is met both when selling and buying. We will miss spending our weekends house hunting with Liz, but look forward to keeping her as a friend.
