Dustin was a gem! I know this sounds funny but we went from wanting to rent our home to selling our home and making a huge move to buying a home out west. Dustin supported our thought process (renting to play it safe to deciding to sell and move) and through it all answered a multitude of questions. He vetted and connected us to an agent out west (which he did not have to do) and ultimately SOLD our home within 2.5weeks when I didn’t even think it would with the current market situation. Dustin was cautiously optimistic and honest because really as he said there is a buyer for every home. Because we are moving out of province we probably will not have the opportunity to deal with Dustin again however should anyone who is looking to move (we have been in Windsor for 60 years) and is nervous but excited about doing it, make sure you give this fellow a call. Just a conversation with him will put you at ease regardless of your final decision. Thanks Dustin for all you did for Ted and I we truly appreciate it!
