We thought that finding a property outside of the province we reside would be difficult, with Doug as the realtor, the searched and acquisition became easy and smooth sailing one. He was very professional, accommodating with walk- throughs and online viewings. He offered advice and guide us in making an objective and realistic offer. Doug is honest and respectful and always responds to our calls and inquiries. We will definitely refer him to others for their real estate needs and looking forward to future transactions with him. Doug was very professional, he had a great knowledge of the market and it was a very efficient transaction. He was able to do viewings, walkthroughs and take possession even when I was unavailable.

I recently relocated from Ontario to Cochrane. Doug was instrumental in finding us a house that met all of our wants and needs (there was a lot) and very quickly. He kept me aware of sale trends and of potential of riskier areas. This was my first purchase on my own and their was a lot of guidance and info required. Doug went beyond his job as a real estate agent and he gave a list of lawyers, property inspectors etc to assist in the purchase. Upon final inspection he was meticulous in assisting me in going over things and finding anything. Because of Doug I felt very relaxed during the whole process.
