This was not my first experience in selling a house, but I can say with confidence, that Doug, by far, was the BEST agent I have ever dealt with. His Calm and confident manner and the fact that he is a great listener took the stress of selling away from me. His knowledge and experience and the fact that he shared information, made the process much easier. He explained to me what will happen he listened and collaborated with me and made the changes I wanted. Then he did exactly what he said he would do. This was a very smooth and painless process. I especially value his work since I did this long distance. He went out of his way and made many trips to the house to make sure everything was okay. If I could give Doug 10 stars I would. He was amazing! He works day and night, and is quick to respond to any phone calls or texts. I started looking for a house over a year ago which means Doug was lucky enough to attend countless house viewings all over and receive countless texts from me! From Paris, to Woodstock, to Ingersoll. He cares about your needs and wants for a house and is extremely informative when asked any questions regarding the property. Finally after several failed offers, we finally found our dream home. Honestly happy the other ones didn't work out! We definitely found the house for my family and I. Thank you Doug for everything and if anyone is looking for a realtor, I highly suggest Doug. He has a lot of patience lol!!
