We loved working with the Rice team! We had used DK when we purchased our house 17 years ago and was so happy that she was still in the business when we wanted to sell our vacation home. DK came to the property and made some suggestions for the house. We followed her instructions, and ended up getting full asking price after only being listed for two days!! The pictures of the house, we believe, accentuated how lovely the house was!!! We can’t say enough good things about the team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and amazing realtor!!
