Denis was very knowledgeable and we were able to sell our home at a price we felt happy with. He really knows the real estate market.

From the beginning, we felt like we were working with someone who was current about all the aspects of listing and promoting our home. We were impressed with his use of social media and how he was able to gather statistics about the exposure and interest in our listing. We were so impressed with how Denis kept us informed and up to date about the work going on behind the scenes. We felt totally included in each decision and step of the process.

Dennis has made possible what ever we needed to get done and has gone out of his way to help me and my family succeed in our real estate dealings. His personal and creative approach is what sets him apart from the rest of the crowd, he is able to see or find other ways to make things happen.

My husband and I sold with Denis on a recommendation on social media after a less than favorable realtor experience that resulted in our property not selling. He did not disappoint! When interviewing realtors, he was the only one who took the time to put together and share his research and marketing plan with us. He also took the time to meet via video conference to review with us one on one (we live out of province). He was the obvious choice for us. Denis' communication was incredible. Far exceeded any of my expectations. If he wasn't able to answer my call, he would send me a text notification with a timeline for a call back. His knowledge, professionalism and expertise was apparent early on. He gained and kept our full trust throughout the process. Denis' colleague Amanda was excellent as well. Her communication and email updates about the status of our property, how to prepare and what we could expect next was wonderful. She was also readily available, which is excellent. If I could find a negative in the process at all it would be with the recommended lawyer of choice. I found that office to be difficult to deal with on more than one occasion. If we ever have the opportunity again to buy or sell with Denis, I will be taking my business elsewhere for the legal portion of the process. A job well done Denis and team. This was my first home purchase in Canada - I recently relocated as an economic immigrant. My experience with Denis was absolutely fantastic. He came highly recommended by a friend and he was everything I was expecting and much more. He patiently educated me on the process of acquiring a house and what my options were. He was very patient and helpful. He was always willing to entertain my many questions and gave me the required information when I had doubts or when I was not too clear on my next steps. I would definitely recommended Denis to anyone who needs to buy a house and most of all, I'm glad I gained a friend!
