From the moment that she was referred to us, Denise jumped in to action to help 2 inexperienced first time home buyers navigating the process alone. She lead us through it all with lived experience, confidence, honesty, and kindness. Healthy reality checks were also provided when we strayed from our goals, and we really needed that grounding. Denise was as thorough as our home inspector, and didn't shy away from getting a first hand look at the inner workings of a house and educating us on things like plumbing (and we learned a LOT). When we finally put in an offer, she knew when to flex and when to hold firm, and because of that we were able to move into a home that we loved without any of the stress that we had anticipated for so long. I truly could not recommend Denise enough, as a person, and as a realtor. You'd be very lucky to have someone like her on your team.
