Purchasing a home from 3500 km away can be a challenge. However having the right realtor can sure make a difference! Having Dean made process so much easier, he made several trips to Edson for us including being present for the home inspection and final inspection. In all the real estate transactions we have been involved with never had an agent be so thorough and had our best interests in mind. So if you plan on buying or selling a property I would highly recommend Dean ! He deserves a six star rating! If we ever purchase another home he will be our first call. Dean has been an absolute gem to work with. He knows the area like the back of his hand and was so incredibly supportive in the purchase of our home. Zero pressure and he has all the answers. He kept us up to date and was always available for questions. I could not recommend him enough if you are looking for someone who wont pressure you and will get you into your dream home!
