Dawn and Petra were great to work with. They were quick to arrange showings for us and extremely patient explaining how stratas worked. We happened to stumble upon a condo that was for sale by owner. Having no experience buying from a for sale by owner Dawn worked on our behalf on getting the contract signed. They took care of everything for us right down to supplying change of address postcards and the stamps to go with them. It was a joy working with such professional, hard working courteous people.
