David was very responsive in his communication and strategically scheduled viewing of all the places I was interested in and was kind enough to drive me to them all. Once finalized, he worked on all the documentation promptly and helped me confirm a unit. I was under pressure of finding a place within a short frame of time and he made sure to close the deal in a timely manner, thank you.
