David was very attentive to our needs and helped advise us appropriately when we were unsure of what things to consider in the various homes we were looking at. We were able to ask as many questions and always felt heard and respected. He definitely knows what he’s doing - you can tell he works really hard and cares about his clients. He was very quick to respond to us and worked within our time schedule. We felt extremely comfortable and in good hands with David. The whole process was easy because David is trustworthy and a great real estate agent.

<p>I've only dealt with David on one house but he's incredibly effective. David is persistent, he keeps working and is willing to try different tactics to get the result I wanted. His guidance was invaluable during the negotiations. I would have no issues seeking him out again with my next sale and purchase, but I really like the house he's found me so I probably won't need his help again for quite some time.</p>
