We had bought a house on a whim in another city and needed to sell our house immediately by someone who understood our urgency, appreciated the property we had, and knew the market conditions. David came highly recommended by friends and to say that we got everything we wanted out of him would be an understatement. His excellent communication, knowledge and calm/cool demeanour had us in a multiple offer situation within 10 days of us contacting him. He walked us through all of the fine details of selling a house, offered suggestions for staging and fielded calls from other realtors and buyers with ease. When it came down to it, we received an offer that was record breaking for the area and significantly over asking. Sold! I would not hesitate to call David for any real estate questions or to buy/ sell again. He simplified the process and took the stress out of a typically stressful situation. Thanks David!

David is phenomenal!! Bottom line. :) He's kind, patient & very passionate about what he does. Every interaction was honest and transparent, and he was very happy to help answer my seemingly bazillion questions (given this was my first purchase).
