Thankgod we met him else it was literally impossible to get a house bid 20 times with another realtor didn’t work out . Dave got lots of experience, he knows his shit very well. With him I just had to buy ones and got the house is great price . Great guy good work ethics , always on time , he will walk you through the whole house , he will make sure u knows A-x of the house . Dave came highly recommend to us. From the start he listened to why we wanted to sell and our timeline. He guided us through the process as it had been 44 years since we last sold.
