My wife and I were so amazed at how Dave Ryan took care of us on the sell of our first home and the purchase of our second home! We were very nervous and overwhelmed at the beginning but after the phone call from Dave, everything felt so easy! It’s like a new family member joined our family! Dave kept us updated weekly through this whole process and was always available for questions that we had about buying and selling. I never doubted once that we were not taken care of and I would recommend Dave Ryan to anyone who is looking for a stress free experience in selling or buying a home with the help of Dave Ryan! This was our first time buying a home for my Wife and I. Dave was very accommodating to our schedules and met with us at our convenience. He walked us through the home buying process, covering all of the financial steps involved, the house selection process, inspections, expectations for homes, etc. After the meeting my Wife and I were very pleased with the level of detail Dave gave us and left us feeling comfortable and more knowledgeable about what we were about to get ourselves into. He quickly followed up our meeting with a selection of listings that were exactly what we had asked for! After we had narrowed down our list to something more manageable, Dave quickly organized 2 days where we could view the homes on our short list. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, as well as giving us insights into things we had not considered. What we also really apprciated was how patient he was with us as we took our time looking at homes and commenting on things that I'm sure any experienced home owner/buyer is fully aware of. Never at any point did my Wife and I feel rushed to see a home, or silly for asking a question. Once we finally found the home that we knew we wanted, Dave walked us through the process again, and gave us great advice on where to start negotiations as well as what would be some reasonable conditions. The home we purchased is a new build, and was still under construction when we viewed it (about 90% complete). I noticed some damage to the garage slab and wanted it repaired as a condition. Since I am an engineer, I had some very high expectations for what I wanted as a fix for the garage slab. Dave was very receptive to my expectations for a repair and communicated them to the builder. I'm sure my expectations were far and above what any reasonable person would normally expect, but nonetheless Dave listened to what I had to say and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. The next time we saw the home, the garage slab was fixed to my satisfaction! When we made our offer, my Wife and I were out of town, and this being our first home buying experience very nervous and excited. Dave kept us in the loop on what was happening which helped alleviate some of our nervous energy. At the end of it all my Wife and I purchased our first home for under asking, in a neighborhood we love and could not be happier with the experience. Dave has been responsive, he listens to our needs and expectations, he cares about helping you find the home you want and he works hard to deliver on your realty needs.
