Dave was professional and willing to come to the house during pre-sale renovations to give opinion and advice on the important items that needed attention. During the negotiations he kept us fully informed and I could not have been more pleased with the communication. His experience helped keep the process moving forward and my anxiety level manageable. I was also pleased with his help in finding a suitable company to stage the home within our budget.
