<p>This is the third time purchasing a property and first-time using Dave as our agent. Dave is by far the best agent we have worked with, and I will 100% work with him again for any future purchases. Dave is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to, and would always be available to take your phone call whether it was in the evening or on a Sunday.
