She had an informative answer for every questioned I asked. Whenever I wanted to see a property, it was never a problem and accomplished in short order. The innovative technology used by Melissa to email properties as they listed and the ability to customize my criteria, was invaluable and allowed me to efficiently select which properties to visit. She did however save the best for last. It was during the offers and negotiations where Melissa’s experience and knowledge exceeded all expectations. Her offer amount recommendations throughout the negotiations proved prophetic and successfully sealed us the deal; not to mention for tens of thousands less than I was expecting!
