I found my real estate agent James Frodyma when I googled top selling realtors in Toronto. When we met, I liked his direct approach. I asked James to take over the project and make it happen and he brought in painters, handymen, organisers, and a stager. I was not available so he did it all. Project managed the entire getting the house ready to list. We listed the house on a Friday night, and sold it the following Monday above asking.
