Team Elfassy helped sell our home in a day, above asking price. Lena and Steve helped list and sell our home, but were often quite busy so it was a bit difficult to get in touch with them at first, and there were some minor description errors on our listing, but they were very professional and their experience helped sell our home quickly and for a reasonable price given the market conditions. They also negotiated well on our behalf, and the photographic staging was done remarkably well, all things considered.
