Sean’s own bio is a 24/7 professional, dedicated and driven to excellence in service and quality and he lived up to his own words during the sale of a house I absolutely loved. Sean provided personal attention to detail and mindful preparatory advice in setting expectations on 1) selling a house in a downturn market and 2) a house not just with a pool but also large ponds filled with koi and a self-sustaining garden (that are not only not factored into a sale in any significant way but could be a detriment) and 3) selling a house on the larger lot size in an location that doesn`t command the same price as other streets or locations. Recommendations were presented with compassion, clarity and a high degree of logic, backed by data. Sean also navigated the challenge of shared house owners' differences of opinion and who themselves were each on different time zones. I took a leap of faith in Sean (and by association his team). There is an enormous amount of work in the background for a house sale. I personally like to understand the entire process and selling a house for the first time, this was a learning opportunity – steps were clarified if and when they needed to be. The process was quick and when offers were received Sean explained and managed the process and we closed in a week at 99% of asking. My advice to anyone is to seek out Sean if you are selling your house. He operates with a high degree of integrity. Highly recommend him!
