I was introduced to Ana when I was making inquiries about selling my home. I had already started looking a houses, simply by reaching out to each listing agent; I never understood why someone would engage an agent for that. But after being introduced to Ana, she began sending me listings of houses she thought would interest me. She took me to see approximately 10 houses before the one I fell in love with. She knew it was my dream house and bent over backwards, going beyond the scope of her duties, to help me get the home...which I got. Tomorrow my house goes on the market, and I am excited to see her sell.

Steve contacted me and came to my home the day after I had expressed interest in selling my home. He came thoroughly prepared with details of my home, similar recent sales in my area to give an estimate of what my house is worth, and gave me a good idea of what the process would be to sell my home. We took a walk around the house together, talked about some of the features or areas I had questions on, such as basement floor cracks, how to start the fireplace, etc. Right off the bat in our initial meeting I felt a connection with him. When I decided to sell the house with him, the process of getting the house ready to sell was super quick. We were able to get the house inspection, staging, photography and listed on the market all within a week. Using his pricing strategy, we were able to get a good number of showings and ended up selling for a good price after listed on the market for only one week! Selling my home with Steve was a completely painless process. Highly recommended.

My second time hiring Team Elfassy to sell a property of mine in the last few months and once again it was a great experience. I worked with James again and he was very patient with the sale as there were some challenges with the layout of the unit.
