On the day of our final sale we watched Dave in action and it was quite amazing to hear his advice, watch how professionally he treated everybody, and his negotiation skills were quite amazing to see in action. Our house sold for exactly the amount we had hoped and that Dave felt it was worth. We couldn't have had a better team guide us through this process and we would not hesitate to highly recommend Dave Elfassy and his team. In fact we already have!</p>

He guided us through the process, told us how to improve the look of our house to make it neutral so any potential buyer could imagine themselves in the house.
