I hired Dave and Adrienne to sell my 2 Bedroom Condo. Very impressed by Dave's team. I had a vacant place and they used virtual staging that allowed potiental buyers to see what the place could look like. They sold my condo for the highest sale price ever for 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit (non PH). and they sold it in just 1 day.
