I worked exclusively on purchasing a property with Ana Di Piazza and the experience was phenomenal. While most agents I've spoken to will often opt for you to just "buy" and finish the deal, Ana does not place any pressure on you. At no given point during our working relationship together did I feel any "push" to just simply purchase the property and to close off the transaction. When I first communicated with Ana, it was through an inquiry on the property. She made herself available immediately. I spoke with her at 6:00pm, and she had the house ready for a review by 7:30pm - efficient! I signed on with her for the purchase of the property and throughout the process I must add that she is transparent with her strategies, thoughts on pricing and communication to the selling agent. What we enjoy the most about working with Ana is how much she dives into your own likes, dislikes, peeves, and tries to envision the purchase of the property as her own. She'll treat the purchase as if she was buying the house herself and walk you through every step of it - with clarity and transparency - two qualities I value in an agent. I can tell you that prior agents I've worked with do not exhibit these characteristics. The icing on the cake is that we managed to finish the deal at a price that was affordable for us. In today's market it is often rare to get a sense of a great purchase, but Ana somehow managed to do it for us.
