I wasn’t present at time of the sale and they took care of everything. Dave was also my agent went I purchased the property and he understood what i was looking for and I enjoyed shopping for properties with him. I find him trustworthy, knowledgeable and kind. He was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend their services.
