Darshan Thakkar is a best! He is a gentleman and very intelligent Realtor. We handed him our investment and he did a fantastic job in selling it in a very short period of time inspite of the Market being so slow. We got a very decent price based on what we were expecting. I would highly recommend him and also would recommend listening to him. We worked with another Realtor in the past and he just could not do it. We learnt never to hire a friend or family who is a part time unprofessional Realtor as we were stuck with one of them. Darshan explained to us how part time Realtors have another job and they just do real estate for extra income and hold your listing as a hostage.Now I can retire in peace.

My Experience had been very uneasy dealing with Realtors in the Past. Darshan is a gem of person who helped me secure a Business which is profitable. He was very patient in dealing with me and my stupid questions ;-) He Secured a Business for me and also gave me so many tips in running a business and how to cut unnecessary cost with his extensive experience of doing business in Canada. There are very few people who are genuine in Canada and Darshan is certainly one of them. I did not have a good experience with my own community realtor who was trying to force me to Buy something I was not sure of. I am 100% Happy with the service that was provided.

DARSHAN WORKED VERY HARD TO SELL MY BUSINESS. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEN IT CAME TO MARKETING THE BUSINESS FOR SALE. MY BUSINESS WAS LISTED WITH ONE OF THE TOP COMMERCIAL AGENTS WHO HAS BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR A DECADE BUT HE JUST COULD NOT DO IT. I FOUND DARSHAN ON INSTAGRAM AND HE CAME DOWN THE NEXT DAY TO GIVE ME A FAIR VALUATION AND MADE ME UNDERSTAND THE MARKET, IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH PROCESS. HE IS A VERY INTELLEGENT REALTOR AND HAS A KNACK IN DEALING WITH PEOPLE. THE PROCESS TOOK US 2 MONTHS TO CLOSE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DARSHAN IF YOU WOULD WANT TO DEAL WITH A HASTLE FREE REALTOR.

Awesome! Realtor helped us to sell our Business. He took care of coordinating with the Lawyer, Landlord and Buyers. Very Prompt in responding to all correspondence. We were recommended by another friend about Darshan and gave him a short. Our Closing was very complicated but he took care of all the major issues.Darshan is very honest, smart and full of integrity.
