Danny was an amazing agent for my wife and I. He was insanely helpful with helping us figure out the kind of home we were looking for. Moving from a condo into a single family home, he brought up lots of items that we would have never thought of (windows, repairs that would need to be done immediately or in the near future, furnace/hot water tank, etc.) We used Danny for the sale of our condo and our home purchase and the process was incredibly smooth. On the sale side, he helped us get a great price for our condo in a market where condos were not flying off the shelf. The property photos looked beautiful, and his included staging consultant helped so much in making our property look as appealing as possible. We had lots of showings and felt that the property was marketed incredibly well. As first time home sellers, I couldn't have imagined that process being any easier. Danny and his team handled everything. On the purchasing side, he was honest with all the properties he showed us and we never felt like anything was hidden or as if we were being pressured into purchasing. We saw 30+ homes and Danny was flexible in all of the showing times to fit our schedule. He provided a lot of details for the properties we were interested in and had no problems digging deeper and contacting other agents for more information if we needed it. When we found our dream home, Danny helped negotiate a fair price and fair conditions to ensure we were completely protected. We couldn't be any happier with Danny and how he handled the purchase of our home. I just want to say a huge thank you to Danny and his team. Selling a condo and buying a house in the middle of a pandemic with a child on the way should have been an absolute nightmare. It was the furthest thing from that. The entire process was pleasant and very hands off. I will 100% be recommending Danny Greene as an agent for any friends and family, and will 100% be using him for any of our future real estate needs.
