I can't begin to tell you how hard Daniela worked for us. From the moment our house went up for sale, to the day we we bought our new home. Daniela deserves agent of the year!

Daniela went above and beyond .Took the stress of selling our house completely out of our hands as we had other things to deal with at the time and I could not be there as the property was two hours away from us. I would recommend Daniela highly to any person who is looking for a real-estate agent! She was extremely patient with us and was very willing to work around our busy schedules and the additional challenges that the pandemic has created. She was also able to negotiate an extremely good offer for us that allowed us to get far more than we were expecting to be able to with the budget we were working with.

We interviewed three potential realtors. Daniela and another Royal Lepage realtor were our top, and I'm so glad we went with Daniela. She added us to an online portal where we could see details about the listings, and was able to add any properties we saw that fell outside our search (location, property type) if we requested. The process of going through listings was easy - we ranked each listing as "love", "possible", or "discard" and Daniela would book showings for the loved category. She was flexible with our work schedule for viewings, and was able to book showings on short-term notice if we suddenly were available. As well, she allowed us to pick our means of communication. We chose a group chat on WhatsApp and were able to send a message quickly, which she would get back to very soon. When doing the viewings, Daniela was always punctual, even getting there before us. She was courteous with parking spaces :). She always was professional, making suggestions about the layout of the property. She was able to look up details for us that would influence our decision, like how much similar properties had gone for in the past, how long the previous occupants had lived there, etc. The market was surprisingly hot, so we were taken off guard when listings priced in the 300s were selling for well over 400. We went in with a budget of up to 400, but ended up paying 495 for our property. Daniela was helpful in suggesting what the property might go for, and then we picked an offer around that. One of our family members was very experienced at reading estoppels and Status Certificates, so we did not use her services for that. Friendly, considerate, and organized. Daniela is a great pick for Hamilton.
