Dale is the person to help you find your forever home! This is my partner's and my first home purchase and Dale made the process amazing. Dale was very consultative throughout the whole process. Right from the beginning he took notes of what we needed from a home and paid attention to our wants. We viewed many different homes with Dale which was important as first time home buyers because it helped us to realize what we liked and disliked. Dale paid attention to the conversations we had during those trips which allowed him to give important advise. One thing we really enjoyed about working with Dale is that he let us come to our own conclusions and only interjected in times where his expertise was required. His years of experience in the industry really shown through when we had to discuss realities of renovations in some of the homes we saw. When it came to our home purchase, one of the reasons that we were successful is how organized our offer was. Dale ensured that we were ready with everything from the dates, to the inspectors and lawyers name, and an offer based on a well done market analysis. Dale was very responsive and when the seller wanted to adjust the closing date, we made alterations basically right away. After everything was confirmed, Dale stayed as a point of contact while everything was firming up and helped mitigate the stress we had dealing with the unknowns in the process. Once everything was completed with the sale and we got the keys he even had the home cleaned for us which made moving in just that much easier. We can't stress enough how he worked to make this a positive experience and we recommend anyone looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable realtor with your very best interests at heart to choose Dale.
