Dale goes above and beyond. He wears many hats and he does it well. He is not only knowledgeable about real estate and well-connected, he is patient, thoughtful and really listens to his clients. He communicates well and is reliable and honest. He has become more like a member of the family, always greeting us with a smile, no matter if it was the 1st, 10th, or 100th home visit (I wouldn't be surprised if he hasbshown us that many over the years - he really earned his keep with us!).
