Crystal helped me search around for a condo for a month or so. She was super knowledgable and helped me narrow down what I wanted for my first home purchase. When I stumbled across a property that hadn't been listed yet through a co-worker. I called Crystal and she got us in to take a look. Since the property hadn't been listed yet I called the owners and told them who I was and how I found out they were selling. I asked them about price and reached a number that worked for both of us. I could have completed the transaction through the seller's agent, but I was quickly realizing how much I didn't know - especially as a first time buyer! I called Crystal back and told her that I had a verbal agreement with the seller, but that I needed help! She stepped up and helped me negotiate the rest of the deal, and all the paperwork. I learned so much from her, and her kind and calm demeanour was key to giving me confidence in making my first home purchase. When it eventually comes time to sell my first home, I know EXACTLY who I'm calling.

I met Crystal through a phone call, and she went above and beyond for me. She was always on time, polite, and she definitely knew her stuff! It was a stressful time trying to find my investment , but Crystal had a calming personality and she was ALWAYS watching out for my best interest.
