I had a great time working with Crystal; she's knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable asking her questions, and she was always quick to provide information and respond to emails/texts. I had no knowledge about selling, she walked me through the entire process. She's professional and approachable; it felt like working with an old friend who was looking out for me the entire time.

We automatically felt in good hands with Crystal when we met her. She made sure we stuck with our goals and supported us when we knew we found our home. She was easily accessible for help and always willing to answer questions for us on our first time buying experience! She always made herself available for showings and kept us having fun throughout the experience. I would highly recommend her, she was excellent overall!

Crystal was extremely helpful in all areas of my purchase. She very successfully helped me to negotiate the purchase price; deal with deficiencies after the property inspection and help out with obtaining services (lawyer, trades, etc.). She communicated on a regular basis and followed up with me to ensure that everything was going smoothly.
