Overall Craig did a fantastic job of leading us through the selling process. Before he first came to the house, WE had never met. He spent at least an hour on the first visit getting to know us, as well as telling us about himself. We did a quick review of the house and what are expectations were. He also gave us some insight on what to expect in getting the house ready for showings and what to expect when the day came to start showing. He moved along very quickly in arranging photos of house and doing all necessary steps needed before showing. He came back the day before photos and we went through all necessary paper work. He explained each piece of the contract before we initialed each step. We had an depth coversation about pricing, His philosophy about where we should establish our price point, based on the house and the present market conditions was spot on. The day of reviewing the offers Craig presented them to us in an orderly fashion. We had a general discussion regarding the plus and negatives of each quote. He did not push us into any particular quote but offered his suggestions. We feel we mutually came to the right quote to go for. He has helped us with next steps and what to expect over the next month prior to possession date. We feel very fortunate to have had Craig's name given to us as a referral.
