We were very happy that our home sold in a timely manner in a stagnant market. Craig priced the home spot on. His assistant Aubree is super - very on top of things and quick to respond. The only thing lacking is that there was no communication right before or after closing - no congrats, etc or even a phone call to say thanks for the business. That was disappointing.

Craig is a true real estate professional. He took the time to explain the market and answer our questions and calm our nerves throughout the entire process of listing and selling our house in this current 'buyers market'. Blunt when he needed to be, but friendly, approachable and generous with his time. 5/5 - highly recommend.
