When Craig showed me the property he pointed out everything that was good, but also made it clear that there were things that were not perfect. Specifically, things I would have to budget or save for. Roof, grass etc. He didn't make the property sound overly amazing to make a sale. In fact, I could tell he wasn't desperate for a sale. No pressure at all. You can tell he just likes selling properties when it's the right fit for the person's budget. Super friendly. Would recommend him to anyone.
