We were new to the Comox Valley and Bill ensured we spent time looking at various neighbourhoods and understood the robust market we were entering. He listened to us. He heard exactly what we were looking for and when we wavered he kept us on track. Each time we looked at a home he made insightful and informative comments that helped guide us. He found us the perfect home and we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Courtney/Anglin for their outstanding service, professionalism, wealth of knowledge, and above everything else their warm generous hearts.</p>

I can not say enough about how professional Michelle and Bill have been. I was looking specifically for a property to rent that was good value and not required significant upgrades. They worked very hard and showed me multiple homes. We made multiple bids (and lost) but they just kept trying and voila I now have the house I was looking for. I highly recommend these two realtors. They will work hard for you and you will feel like they are truly representing you not just in it for their commission.

<p>Agents were very helpful, knowledgeable with reference to the market, honest advice, practical on preparing house for sale, willing to be flexible based on owner's wishes, remained professional with legal issues and paperwork, would recommend them to others.<br /> Only downside is the current costs dealing with realtors (fees, high percentages, not sure what it works out to in $'s /hour, I may be surprised at the answer.<br /> Overall, very pleased!</p>
