We used Corrine as a seller! She was very helpful as we were not the actual owners of the house but acting as POA'S. Corrine was very informative to us as to what we needed to do to get the house on the market. Once it was advertised the house sold within 10 months. We dealt with Corrine prior to this with a purchase as well. We were satisfied with that deal as well. We recommend Corrine as an agent whenever we get the opportunity.

Corrine was great during the sale of my home. As I had no idea what I was going to find to buy, she made sure to put plenty of time for me to be able to find something suitable before I had to move. Then she proceeded to show me a variety of homes. When I decided on one she was excellent during negotiation and advised me on getting an inspection! Corrine also put me in contact of people to help with my needs before move it date!

Although the market did suffer a setback, Corinne did her absolute best to keep the property “up front” throughout the listing. Lowering the price eventually made the sale, and we were happy to see the deal through to our satisfaction. Thanks again Corinne.
